Sing Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) was founded in 1964, and as a property developer and investment group, its aim is to provide commercial and industrial projects. Currently listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange, Sing Holdings Limited offers a wide array of properties, ranging from condominiums to industrial buildings. The Group’s past projects include, the Ocean Towers in Shanghai with its award-winning Grade-A office building situated in the People’s Republic of China which is one of the Group’s commercial and industrial projects. They also offer Robin Residences at Robin Drive, The Laurels located in Cairnhill Road, and the Waterwoods in Punggol.
The Group proudly offers their current residential project, Parc Botannia located in Sengkang. It is a private condominium development which boasts of 4 blocks. It consists of 22-storey buildings with 735 apartment units. Also included in their projects is the development of BizTech Centre located at Aljunied Road, EastGate building along East Coast Road, in which the Group currently owns 43 units. Presently, the Group owns a 291-room hotel popularly known as Travelodge Docklands located in Melbourne.

Wee Hur Holdings
Wee Hur Holdings Ltd has been established since 1980. In the past years the company has been providing pillar of strength to its clients when it comes to construction projects. As the Group continues to grow and expand, it greatly upholds its value when it comes to the public housing, industrial, and commercial projects. In 2008, Wee Hur Holding Ltd was listed on the Singapore Exchange Main Board and continues to progress and explored dormitory business.
Its subsidiary, Wee Hur Construction Pte Ltd was founded in 1988. The Group has received a shareholder’s mandate in May 2009 and was later incorporated in June 2009. Its first large scale industrial park was then developed by 2009 of July. From then on, the Group has taken great strides and successfully constructed many a project. Some of which are, the Harvest at Woodlands, Villas located in Gilstead which makes it their first residential project and awarded TOP in the year 2011. Moreover, they have purchased land parcels along Lorong Ah Soo for their residential project, and Premier at Kaki Bukit for industrial purposes.
In 2014, the Group ventured into overseas business in order to expand its value and integrity. In the long run, the Group acquired various agreements to proposed investments, and commencement of construction took place in Australia.
The Group has explored Dormitory business as well. Their project in Tuas South Avenue 1, the Tuas View Dormitory came into fruition by taking a 60% stake in the Active System Engineering Pte Ltd (“ASE”) in 2013. The dormitory holds 16,800 beds offered to foreign clients and workers in the manufacturing and construction industry.
For its awards, the Group holds the title as among Forbes Asia’s 200 Best for 2013 and 2015. They were also selected to be among the Top 100 Singapore Brands from 2012 to 2015 chosen by the Brand Finance.
